Tartz is head of customer service and operations for Neuros. If you've got a problem with a unit or shipping he's (or one of his merry team of CS guys) is the one to talk to. Sweetartz on the forums.

Tim has been with Neuros since before the launch of the N1, making him one of the most senior (and long suffering) folks on the team. Tim is a musician and recording enthusiast too.
