This site is intended to become a collaborative "Super Manual" of sorts for the Neuros products. The idea is that we'll put detailed usage information about all aspects of using the Neuros products. Things that would never go in a user manual, but are still very useful nonetheless. These are things like directing users to all the 3rd party applications that work with (or are just useful with) the Neuros products. After struggling with the various video conversion options that are out there, I figured there had to be a better way for us to share information than the forums. So here it is! At least that's the idea. In addition, this is a place that we'll keep information about new products and the roadmap for existing products. Of course for general discussion we can always link to the forums, but as we reach conclusions, I'm hopeful this can be a more organized repository of those ideas. Even though we're hosting this site, it's a wiki, and it's open and "unofficial." Likewise, it's not propaganda. It's expected that everything will be discussed candidly. What do you like? What don't you like? What's wrong with the Neuros products, or even what's better about a competitor?

You might wonder why we would encourage such candor when it could easily hurt our short term sales. The reason is simple. We are here to build a business and a brand for the long term. A dissatisfied customer might represent a sale in the near term, but it does nothing but harm you in the long term. If we can prevent customers from making a mistake before they buy, we'll win in the long run. Who wouldn't value a brand they know will treat them honestly and fairly? That's what we're seeking to create.

Obviously, this is a work in progress, and like so many things we do, an experiment. Please contribute, please give us feedback, and don't be afraid to contact any of us directly. That's what we're here for.
