The Neuros OSD refers to a family of products:

Neuros OSD 1.0 The original OSD focused on standard definition recording and playback. Great for archiving DVDs, VHS tapes as well as making them playable on portables.

Neuros OSD 2.0 The successor to the OSD, adds high definition support and improved interfaces.

Neuros OSD 3.0 Full 1080p/60 support on recording as well as playback. In early development (as of Aug '09)
